Companies, no matter the size, abide by a code of ethics to ensure honesty and integrity in their business practices. Customers are much more likely to work with someone who represents ethical means of operation as opposed to those who do not. Having a set of clear cut rules to adhere by helps implement universal compliance amongst all employees.
Progressive companies promote their own core value system. WDSrx developed our own code of ethics to represent the values of both our company and employees.
Melissa Gallagher, Human Resources Manager for WDSrx, says “The Code of Ethics clarifies the WDSrx mission, values and principals connecting to our standards of professional conduct. It works well as a reference for employees to support their day-to-day decisions.”
Our Code of Ethics is meant to represent all employees. Comments are appreciated to improve this important part of our company culture. Please contact Melissa Gallagher at firstname.lastname@example.org or extension 213.
WDSrx currently has 7 facilities compliant with our Code of Ethics located in Florida (Boca Raton and Pompano Beach), Texas (Sugar Land), New Jersey (Dayton) and Ohio (Lockbourne).
