    Pharmaceutical Warehouse and Distribution

Confidence Beyond Compliance. Promoting the safe and efficient delivery of pharmaceutical drug products to benefit patient health.

Pharmaceutical drug products require specialized procedures for their receipt, storage, handling and distribution to their final destination.  WDSrx combines years of experience with a technologically advanced infrastructure for a sense of confidence and commitment that clients rely on and appreciate for pharmaceutical warehouse and distribution needs.

WDSrx pharmaceutical 3PL facilities are authorized for Over-the-Counter and Prescription products. Our pharmaceutical warehouse facilities are protected by multiple systems to ensure inventory security and data integrity and a disaster recovery program is in place for weather-related or other serious emergencies.

Flexible Capacity Scales to Business Size

With over 430,000 square feet of temperature-regulated 3PL pharmaceutical warehousing space available for order receipt, storage and fulfillment, WDSrx provides multiple diversified services performed to the highest quality standard including Inventory and Data Management, Transportation Management, Order-to-Invoice Processing and Temperature Regulated Handling.

Procedures for proper handling, storage and pharmaceutical distribution are strictly enforced by Federal, State and other Government and Regulatory Authorities including the FDA, EPA, and DOT.  WDSrx is in compliance with relevant regulations and is licensed to operate in all 50 U.S. States and the District of Columbia.  Operations follow cGMP guidelines established by the FDA.

The Drug Supply Chain Security Act (DSCSA) is a set of Federal regulations signed into law in 2013 and administered by the FDA requiring an integrated system to identify and trace certain prescription drugs distributed in the United States.  WDSrx meets current DSCSA specifications and additional procedures are planned to meet future DSCSA requirements in advance of their implementation.

    Value-Added Solutions

WDSrx offers complimentary 3PL pharmaceutical managed services including Transportation Management, Reverse Logistics and Regulatory Compliant Product Disposition.  As an independent company, WDSrx utilizes advanced logistics software to compare rates and routes among several preferred vendors and determine the most efficient transportation solution to the destination location.  Products that are removed from the market enter the WDSrx Reverse Logistics department to be returned to the manufacturer, donated where appropriate or destroyed according to strict regulations concerning Regulatory Compliant Product Disposition.

Current Technology Ready for the Future

Industry-leading technology enables the WDSrx team to increase operational efficiency while providing the highest level of personalized support.  Our technology backbone is designed with maximum flexibility to integrate with existing client IT capabilities.  Regular upgrades to our systems maximize ease of use, add new features and improve data integrity and security.  Significant investments in our Information Technology backbone are readying WDSrx in advance of future DSCSA regulations for Serialization and Track and Trace pertaining to Third Party Logistics Providers.

Clients may choose to take advantage of several integrated technology programs designed to increase efficiency while reducing expenses including access to a secure web portal with a virtual dashboard for real-time information about inventory and invoicing, Complete Order-To-Cash Services (OTC), ERP and EDI Integration, CSOS Ordering, ARCOS Reporting and Advance Shipping Notice (ASN) generation.
